Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm

About the role...
The Client Service Officer will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing client information for reviews
- Downloading reports from platforms (source of truth) and comparing to Xplan data
- Applying corporate actions
- Submitting IT service tickets for Xplan issues
- Investigating and fixing minor discrepancies
- Flagging major discrepancies with the FO Manager
- Running Portfolio Valuation and Performance reports for the Advisor/FO Manager
- Checking client records for compliance data (Wholesale and AML/CTF)
- Ensuring wholesale certificates are current and cover all entities
- Ensuring AML/CTF has been completed and is on file
- Liaising with fund managers and platform providers
- Requesting holding and/or dividend statements from fund managers as required
- Uploading documents to platforms as required
- Updating client details with fund managers
- Updating and maintaining client data in Xplan
- Updating and maintaining client data in APS (CRM)
- Assisting in the onboarding of new clients
- Adding opportunities to APS
- Creating new profiles in Xplan
- Attendance at internal team meetings and updates
- Attend to time recording and costing requirements
- Accurate filing of all client documentation
Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in financial planning and proficiency in using Xplan
