  • Receive, sort, and distribute documents from warehouse.

  • Check and invoice delivery receipts (DRs) for served orders.

Invoicing and Accounts Receivables:

  • Encode accounts receivables based on invoices.

  • Monitors completion of accounts receivables.

Sales Order and Delivery Receipt Creation:

  • Generate delivery receipts from purchase orders (PO) received.

  • Create new sales orders in Syspro based on recent delivery receipts.

Syspro System Management:

· Utilize Syspro to complete sales orders and process receipts.

· Manage creation of delivery receipts and sales orders.

· Monitor accurate data entry in Syspro to support the overall efficiency of sales and receivables.

· Complete sales orders in Syspro based on manual served invoices.

Create and monitor credit memos for returned items based on manual credit memos.
