About the Role
Geno Furniture is expanding its footprint beyond Metro Manila. We are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to lead our growth in key provincial regions. These areas are seeing rapid development, and we need a boots-on-the-ground expert to position our furniture solutions for residential projects, commercial spaces, and growing businesses.
IMPORTANT: Role Scope & Growth Potential
- Manage a Territory, Not a Staff (Initially): Your primary focus will be managing the business territory. However, you are free to build and recruit your own team in the future, subject to performance milestones and management approval.
- Autonomy: We are looking for a "hunter" who enjoys fieldwork, site visits, and client interaction. This is not a desk-bound administrative job.
What You Will Do
- Own the Territory: Act as the primary face of Geno Furniture in the region. Identify and map out high-potential clients, including new subdivisions, condos, hotels, commercial rises, cafes, restaurants, distributors, and other furniture retailers.
- B2B & Project Sales: Proactively network with local architects, interior designers, contractors, real estate developers, and Food & Beverage (F&B) business owners to get our furniture specified in their projects.
- Client Management: Conduct site visits and client presentations to showcase our catalog and custom capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Report on competitor activity and local design trends to help us adapt our offers to the provincial market.
- Sales Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closing and coordinate with our Metro Manila HQ for logistics and delivery.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in Furniture, Real Estate, Construction Materials, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Local Expert: You are currently based outside Metro Manila with deep knowledge of the local geography and business landscape. You must be fluent in the local dialect.
- Mobile: You are willing to travel extensively within the region (must have a valid driver's license).
- Network: Existing relationships with local contractors, architects, or business owners is a huge plus.
- Mentality: Grit and a "Hunter" mindset—you don't wait for the phone to ring; you make the calls.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Base Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱35,000 (Dependent on experience).
- Commission: Uncapped commission structure based on sales performance.
- Allowances: Communication and Travel/Fuel allowances provided.
- Growth: Opportunity to pioneer a new market and potentially build your own sales team.

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
