Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect company property, employees, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol assigned areas regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), access points, and alarm systems.
• Control access by permitting entry of authorized personnel and denying unauthorized entry.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, and provide assistance as needed.
• Report irregularities, suspicious activities, and security breaches to management.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Assist in enforcing company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or higher educational attainment (depending on position).
• With valid security license (for Security Guards).
• Physically fit, with good posture and alertness.
• Experience in security services preferred but not required.
• No visible tattoos.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in assigned areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
