- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries
- Coordinate with internal departments for admin-related support
- Maintain organized records and office systems
- Support the team in various clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
