Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing Zalamea's solutions and value proposition.
  • Assist in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals that align with each client's needs.
  • Support contract management by coordinating with Legal and Operations to ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting activities such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, LinkedIn networking, and CRM utilization.
  • Create and coordinate marketing content (social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials) to support BD initiatives and strengthen brand presence.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms and assist in campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and activity tracking.
  • Provide coordination support for BD initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and monitoring pipeline progress.
  • Perform other tasks as required by your superior.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
  • With at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong presentation skills with the confidence to conduct product demos and client pitches
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, or content creation is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, able to align client needs with Zalamea's solutions
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the organization
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City whenever needed
