Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Tanza. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, manage projects, ensure compliance with company policies, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals. The role involves supervising unit activities, maintaining quality standards, and resolving any operational issues. The Unit Manager will act as a key liaison between management and staff to ensure smooth operations and project success.
