  • Set up and operation of various test equipment such as DC electronic load, Insulation tester, DC milli-ohm meter, Shaker machine, Thermal chamber, UV aging test chamber, Submersion chamber, pull tester, multimeter and other test equipment's in accordance with test procedures.
  • Inspecting and testing electronic components
  • Recording and maintaining test data.
  • Diagnosing test failures and coordinating repairs with assembly personnel.
  • Soldering and use of crimp/hand tools directly related to cable/harness work.
  • Consistent daily report making.
  • Issued Tools are properly kept and accounted for.
  • Proper wearing of uniforms and issued PPE.
  • Performs good housekeeping (5S Activities).
  • Complies with assigned shift schedule and render overtime when needs arises.
  • Perform special activities before all daily routine work done
  • Participates and cooperates in any company activities and events.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Preferably with Industrial electronics or Equivalent Course.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in wiring harness assembly is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good written and oral communication, can interact with Supervisors.
  • Can work in any shift and under pressure.
  • Resilient, enthusiastic, self-reliant, and can work well with teams.
