Store Maintenance Technician- Urgent

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational/Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferably Electrical or Mechanical course
  • Experience in electromechanical equipment and Facilities maintenance
  • Must know how to drive and with valid drivers license (DL Codes - A to B2)
  • Able to perform duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Able to lift at least 25kg
  • Willing to be assigned for projects outside of home base
  • Willing to undergo further training
  • Computer skills is a plus but not necessary
  • Must be honest, reliable, resourceful and flexible

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations in the store opening and testing of all equipment and other needed tasks related to function
  • Conducts a regular preventive maintenance to all equipment including facilities such as air condition, exhaust hood and sewer line.
  • Coordinates with other department and third party (outsource) contractor/supplier to perform repair needed by the CTG/UR Stores.
  • Assessment and requisition of needed materials and spare parts in to perform repair activities in both equipment and store facilities
  • Maintain assigned tools and other company issued resources
  • Attends daily maintenance activities reported by CTGI Operations
  • Record data of daily accomplishment, parts utilized time expended and type of work performed
  • Performs other task which may assign from time to time.
  • Performs Preventive maintenance for equipment
