We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Staff member to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing online marketing strategies, optimizing content, managing social media, and contributing to lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management

  • Develop, write, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visual and multimedia content.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and update social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.

  • Monitor trends and competitors on social platforms.

3. SEO and Website Optimization

  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

  • Monitor and optimize website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

4. Email Marketing

  • Design and execute email campaigns to promote products, services, or events.

  • Maintain and segment email lists for targeted communication.

5. Paid Advertising

  • Assist in managing online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

  • Track performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Measure and report the performance of digital marketing efforts using KPIs.

  • Suggest improvements based on campaign results and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.

  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms like Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and email platforms (Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Basic graphic design skills.

  • Video editing knowledge for social media content.
