Job Description

As a Mobile Brand Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our stores are stocked with the latest and best mobile devices. You'll handle supplier coordination, order processing, and inventory monitoring while helping negotiate the best prices and terms to keep our business competitive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with mobile brand suppliers for orders, deliveries, and product availability
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and related documents
  • Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and promotional deals with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier transactions
  • Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to align product availability with demand
  • Stay updated on new mobile products and industry trends

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (undergraduates are welcome to apply)
  • Prior experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage, preferably in retail or mobile brands
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
