The role of Marketing and Creative Specialist involves crafting engaging marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in design trends and creative processes.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually appealing content for social media platforms, incorporating static images, animations, and video graphics.
  • Develop compelling presentation decks for internal and external use, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the product team to create UI elements for the BrainHealth Platform.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns by producing campaign-specific creatives aligned with branding.
  • Create digital advertising assets and visual elements for blogs, whitepapers, and case studies, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Design branded materials for events, conferences, and trade shows, while staying up-to-date on design trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in marketing design. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms are essential.

A strong understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals, knowledge of web design principles, and experience creating responsive email designs and templates are also required. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and stay updated on industry developments.
