The day-to-day

• Philippine Expense Receipts monitoring, filing and sorting of documents in office
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the release of checks
• Monitor the status of invoices in our system (Coupa)
• Assist the team in extracting Audit Supports needed by our stakeholders
• Provide prompt, friendly and efficient customer service to external and internal inquirie
• Escalates production issues to AP Team Lead as appropriate.
• Protect the organization's value by keeping financial information confidential.

Skills And Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS Accountancy or any other business course.
• Willing to render at least 300 hours
• Willing to work in our office in Net Park Building, BGC, Taguig, 1634
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment and strong multitasking skills
• Strong organization skills, can work with minimal supervision with speed & accuracy

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
