Job Summary:
The Operations Support team is a global resource dedicated to supporting the Operations and Marketing Teams throughout the entire exhibition cycle. Our team collaborates closely with all functions and systems to provide effective and efficient support, ensuring the successful delivery of our exhibitions. Each member is well-versed in the following tasks:
Accountabilities:
Operations Administration:
Salesforce – managing show inbox
Custom booth stand checks
Weekly and end of show reporting
Stand plan checks
Stand plotting
Manual set up including operations page set up and updating
Collation of Order Forms
Extraction of exhibitor list and floorplan
Setting up Box folder
Contractor Registration & Site Induction
Exhibitor responsibility form
Post show report
Post show data input – Accident and incident reports
Event Management:
End-to-end Operations Process
Offices & Meeting Rooms Management
Supplier Set-up (MSA & TPSAQ)
Schedule of Works Compliance
Uploading of Logo, Addendum, Rules and Regulations
Salesforce Terms and Conditions Update
Salesforce Entries
Barter Management
E-Signature Distribution
Proofing of Printed/Digital Collaterals (Show Catalogue)
Event Operations:
Artwork (Pavilion Stands)
AV Feature & Digital Signage
Catering
Crates & Safety A Frames Tracker
Furniture
Floral
Health & Safety Folder
IT & Comms
Nameboard List
Onsite IT Equipment
Onsite Prep
Onsite Distribution
Ordering Equipment Hire - Safes
Post Show Reports
Smartsheet Workspace Set Up

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Strong time and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in an event / exhibition background would be an advantage
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
Event operations experience would be an advantage
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
