HR-EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Here are the qualifications:

  • A BS/AB Psychology/Human Resource graduate or any relevant course
  • With at least 1-2 minimum years of experience in the same field (preferred)
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Has an eye to details, organize, and with excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Has strong analytic and decision making skills

EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST WILL BE IN-CHARGE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Shall prepare final assessment evaluation for probationary employees, and create an acceptance letter as an Official Employee of the Company with the probationary status.
  • Shall conduct Monthly Employees Performance Evaluation
  • Shall prepare Endorsement for Regularization
  • Shall issue and serve memorandums
  • Shall prepare resolutions and interventions for any employee-related conflicts that may arise
  • Shall ensure proper handling of complaints and grievances procedure
  • Shall issue and serve reprimand correspondences and/or termination contract
  • Shall perform the resignation Process
  • Shall compile and update employee records (soft copy and hard copy)
  • Shall prepare records by collecting, sorting, analyzing, and processing data and make it system-ready
  • Shall create and maintain manual files of information and ensure that the same data is documented as back -up
  • Shall organize and manage all records and documents in an orderly manner.
  • Shall maintain a database appropriate to the various records, reports, and documents
  • Shall deal with inquiries and request for information from both internal and external clients
  • Shall monitor and update assigned google sheet;
  • Shall submit weekly and monthly report
  • Shall update all department official Google Sheets portal consistently and at all times.
  • Shall perform other duties and functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management.
