Job Title: EEHS Management Systems Auditor
Location: Makati (Full onsite)
Schedule: 8am - 5pm | Monday to Friday
Role Overview
The EHS Auditor is responsible for executing the full audit cycle—planning, conducting, and reporting, in accordance with applicable ISO standards, including ISO Environmental Management) and ISO Occupational Health and Safety Management). The role includes system reviews, audit documentation, client engagement, and training delivery, all while upholding the highest standards of professional integrity and compliance.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an energy, environmental, or occupational health & safety-related role.
- IRCA or JRCA Certified Lead Auditor Course in ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
- Strong auditing and report-writing skills.
- Good understanding of EHS regulations and ISO standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with professionalism and integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducts and completes the full audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader, in accordance with applicable regulations and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO
(1) Conducts desk reviews of the client's management system documentation as part of audit preparation.
(2) Prepares audit checklists and audit itineraries as guides for execution.
(3) Performs on-site audits in line with defined procedures and audit criteria.
(4) Prepares and finalizes complete audit packages, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
(5) Communicates with clients and responds to inquiries related to EHS standards and audit outcomes within the scope of their auditor qualifications.
- Reviews and customizes training materials when needed and delivers training programs as assigned by the division.
- Provides coaching and performance feedback to auditors under training or supervision, supporting skill development and consistency in audit practices.
- Completes all other related duties as may be assigned, in support of departmental objectives or for personal/professional development as directed by the immediate supervisor.
- Finalizes and submits audit reports and updates client records, including audit tracking documents.
- Operates with the highest ethical standards and professional integrity in line with the organization's code of conduct.
- Complies with internal Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supports related objectives, including but not limited to:
- Actively participating in meetings, projects, and events related to QHSEE.
- Completing required trainings and certifications.
- Identifying and intervening in unsafe situations.
- Refusing unsafe work when necessary.
- Ensuring full compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Responds promptly and appropriately to emergency situations and contributes to maintaining emergency readiness within the workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
