Responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Involves managing a team, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, particularly in the context of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee all purchasing activities, including planning inventory needs, managing stock levels, and approving Purchase Orders.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Schedule and monitor delivery routes, dispatch goods, and ensure timely, efficient delivery operations.
  • Inventory Control: Direct receiving, inspection, and warehousing processes; ensure high accuracy of inventory records through regular reconciliation.
  • Customer Service & Quality: Handle escalated customer complaints, coordinate service improvement surveys, and record non-conformances.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and appraise performance for purchasing, logistics, and delivery personnel, including approving administrative transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • 5 years of experience in order fulfillment or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in order management software and inventory systems.
  • Familiarity and understanding with medical device regulations, quality standards, logistics and supply chain principles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
