Responsibilities:

  • Conduct canvassing of suppliers and vendors to obtain the best prices and terms.

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.

  • Process purchase requests and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.

  • Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.

  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities and cost analyses.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in canvassing or purchasing

  • Knowledge of supplier networks and purchasing best practices

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and purchasing software

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Preferably residing in or near G. Araneta ,Quezon City
