Your bite-size role:

Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Rider and Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-demand, mobile battery installations to our customers and ensure that services provided are accurate, safe, and completed on time. You will also be expected to maintain proper handling of equipment, follow safety procedures, and deliver excellent customer service while representing Power 4 All in the field.

Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:

• Perform battery testing, replacements, and installations for a variety of vehicles.
• Safely remove old or worn-out batteries and install new ones using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Diagnose issues related to the entire charging system operation, not just the battery itself, and suggest suitable action for repair or replacement.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate protective gear and safely handling/disposing of hazardous materials like battery acid and old batteries
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations, and monitor inventory levels of batteries and related components.
• Good customer service skills when working directly with residential and business customers
• Provide billing receipts when services are completed and collect customer payments when applicable.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents handled during transportation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the company's vehicles, including conducting daily checks, fueling, and arranging for regular maintenance and repairs
• Plan routes with an emphasis on efficiency and time management, considering traffic conditions, road works, and weather to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Complete trip reports, vehicle logs, and expense records accurately and on time.
• Comply with all road regulations and safety standards, following company policies to ensure a secure environment for passengers and cargo.

Who we need for the  high-performance team:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in defensive driving is an asset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional knowledge of road networks, traffic patterns, and landmarks within the Luzon Area.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Experience with automotive repair or electrical systems preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy batteries and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and assisting customers.
