Job Description:

  • Review Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate
  • Evaluation of Technical Bids of the Contractors/Suppliers
  • Site Inspection, monitoring and supervision of works (Concrete Pouring, take concrete cylindrical samples, conduct concrete slump testing, etc.)
  • Check submittal for designer review and approval
  • Prepare monthly and accomplishment report
  • Coordination with Contractors, Design Consultants, and other trade/discipline
  • Attend to material testing
  • Implement QA/QC standards and check workmanship quality
  • Review of plans, shop drawings, product submittal and design documents for implementation and to avoid conflict with other trades
  • Review and coordinate/recommend approval of contractors shop drawings, progress billing and change orders
  • Coordinate Request for Information (RF)
  • Attend coordination meetings
