HR Supervisor / HR Generalist

Work Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

The HR Supervisor / HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, compliance with company policies, and effective support to employees and management. This role requires strong leadership, HR expertise, and the ability to handle both administrative and strategic HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for all positions.
• Conduct interviews, screening, and assessments.
• Ensure timely deployment and onboarding of new hires.

Employee & Labor Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain harmonious employer–employee relationships.
• Assist in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.

HR Operations & Documentation

• Monitor and update employee records, 201 files, attendance, and schedules.
• Prepare HR reports, memos, notices, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate and complete HR documentation aligned with company standards.

Training & Development

• Coordinate training programs, orientations, and seminars.
• Oversee employee performance reviews and appraisal documentation.

Compensation & Benefits Support

• Assist payroll team by validating attendance, leaves, and HR-related adjustments.
• Monitor government benefits, compliance, and employee inquiries (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Administration & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with DOLE and other regulatory requirements.
• Implement company policies and enforce workplace rules.
• Support safety, security, and health-related HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• With at least 2–3 years of solid experience as HR Generalist or HR Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite at Balagtas, Bulacan and can start ASAP.
