Job Summary:

The Data Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across teams to support decision-making, process efficiency, and performance monitoring. The Data Manager also leads process improvement initiatives and supervises staff involved in data-related activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day data operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data management standards, policies, and workflows.
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of data-driven tasks and reports.
  • Maintain and update data systems and dashboards for accurate performance tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular data reports and analytics summaries for management.
  • Support planning, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data management, operations, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in managing KPIs, performance metrics, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance practices is an advantage.
