Big Apple Packaging Inc., a growing manufacturing company with over 120 employees, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Company Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality healthcare services, promoting workplace safety, and supporting employee wellness programs within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid treatment and provide appropriate medical assistance to employees.
- Maintain accurate medical and health records of all personnel.
- Implement and support health and wellness programs, including annual physical examinations.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards in accordance with government regulations.
- Conduct health-related orientation and assist in safety training as required.
- Coordinate with management on matters concerning employee health and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
- Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for Nurses.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in occupational health and safety is an advantage, but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
