Job Summary

The Nurse provides professional healthcare services to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, monitoring recovery, and promoting health education. The Nurse also collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and record patients' medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and operations.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure adherence to infection-control policies and safety standards.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams for proper patient care and discharge planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience (clinical or hospital setting preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care standards.
  • With First Aid Certification/Training.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
