About the role

Join our dynamic team as a QA Assistant Manager at Teleperformance's Mandaluyong City office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to monitor and improve service quality
  • Conduct regular audits, evaluations and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyse data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
  • Support the QA Manager in managing the team and driving overall quality initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or customer service management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train, mentor and provide feedback to team members
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation to track and measure performance
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
