Senior RF Engineer
with hands-on experience in LTE/5G/mMIMO technologies, specifically on Huawei RAN equipment. The candidate will be responsible for detailed radio network analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality service delivery and support network evolution initiatives.imization activities under technical supervision.

What will your job look like?
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed RF analysis and optimization for LTE/5G networks using Huawei tools.
  • Conduct drive test analysis, KPI monitoring, and parameter tuning to improve network performance.
  • Support mMIMO feature deployment and optimization including beam management and coverage enhancement.
  • Collaborate with planning teams for site selection, frequency planning, and capacity analysis.
  • Execute cluster optimization and special event support with pre/post analysis.
  • Troubleshoot RF-related issues including interference, handover failures, and coverage gaps.
  • Validate new features and software releases from Huawei and provide feedback.
  • Generate performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in network audits and benchmarking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in RF optimization for LTE/5G networks, with Huawei equipment.
  • Proficiency in Huawei tools such as U2020, PRS, M2000, and SmartCare.
  • Strong understanding of RF principles, propagation models, and antenna systems.
  • Experience with mMIMO tuning, PCI planning, and neighbor management.
  • Familiarity with 3GPP standards and Huawei-specific parameters and counters.
  • Good analytical skills with experience in Excel, MapInfo, TEMS, or similar tools .
