Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and ensure the safe operation of electrical and HVAC systems, as well as handle general building maintenance. Tasks include wiring, lighting, HVAC servicing, plumbing, and minor repairs. The technician will also respond to urgent issues, perform preventive maintenance, and work with property management, tenants, and contractors to keep the property safe and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems (wiring, lighting, outlets, breakers, panels).

Troubleshoot electrical issues and replace old or faulty components.

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot air conditioning units, fans, motors, and ventilation systems.

Clean and service HVAC components and assist with new installations.

Perform minor plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, toilets, pipes).

Handle basic carpentry, painting, wall patching, and fixing doors, locks, and flooring.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.

Inspect common areas and ensure proper operation of pumps, fans, exhaust systems, and lighting.

Respond promptly to emergencies and tenant maintenance requests.

Maintain tools, track inventory, and request needed supplies.

Assist and coordinate with contractors for major repairs or projects.

Document all maintenance work and report issues to management.

Follow safety procedures and ensure work meets building codes.

Communicate updates professionally and support tenant concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in electrical installation, repair, and maintenance.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs.

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, manuals, and instructions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and ability to follow safety procedures.

Good physical stamina and ability to handle tools and equipment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with managers, tenants, and contractors

Valid driver's license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
