Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible individual for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the safe operation of electrical systems of the properties. This includes wiring, lighting, and other electrical equipment. The role also involves general building maintenance, such as plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs, to keep the property safe and functional. The technician responds to urgent issues, performs preventive maintenance, and works with management, tenants, and contractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, lights, circuit breakers, panels, and outlets, including upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems safely using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning systems, fans, motors, and other building equipment.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks, faucets, and pipes.
• Assist with general building repairs, including doors, walls, floors, and other minor civil works.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems to ensure proper operation, safety, and code compliance.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues or tenant repair requests, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime.
• Read and follow diagrams, manuals, or instructions to carry out repairs effectively.
• Track and manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure tools and materials are available for maintenance work.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and contribute to sustainability efforts, such as water conservation and recycling.
• Assist with minor property improvements and coordinate or oversee contractors for larger renovation projects.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with managers, tenants, and contractors regarding maintenance updates, progress, and issues.
• Follow all safety rules at all times and ensure systems meet applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, manuals, and instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with managers, tenants, and contractors
• Valid driver's license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
