Where you come in

  • You will help facilitate the month-end and quarterly close processes, including reconciliation, journal entry preparation, and ensuring timely recording of financial data.
  • You will assist in administering our Oracle Revenue Module, including updates and testing procedures.
  • You will support the annual audit process by coordinating with external auditors.
  • You will build strong relationships and streamline processes with the APAC revenue team.
  • You will perform ad hoc research on relevant GAAP accounting principles.
  • You will document procedures through flowcharts and other formats, and take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
  • You will contribute to the team's success by ensuring timely, relevant, and accurate data, while also having the opportunity to lead system-related projects and drive process improvements.

  • You bring 2–5 years of experience in accounting roles, with hands-on experience in Oracle and SAP systems.
  • Your ability to manage month-end close, internal controls, and reporting ensures high-quality financial operations.
