We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Diliman, Quezon City on a hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite) with a Mid Shift schedule (04:00 PM to 01:00 AM). In this role, you will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business processes, improve user experience, and ensure seamless system performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. We offer a competitive salary of up to ₱110,000 per month, plus benefits including HMO coverage from Day 1.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
  • Skilled in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong knowledge of CRM processes, data management, and integrations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and features
  • Enhance and maintain existing Salesforce solutions for stability and efficiency
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze needs and create technical solutions
  • Set up automation tools, workflows, and approval processes
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of data within Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or system errors
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce updates and best practices
  • Document processes, designs, and technical setups for future use

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php110,000.00 per month
