About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY' as a full-time Call Centre Agent. Based in Pasay City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Whether you have prior BPO experience or not, we encourage you to apply as we are open to candidates with varying levels of expertise.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  3. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  4. Familiarity with customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
