Job description:

As a Sales Associate at BillEase, you will be the frontliner in assisting customers with their financing needs. You will represent the brand in partner stores, explain product offerings, and guide customers through the loan application process. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales and performance targets.

Area of Assignment: Subic, Zambales

Key Responsibilities

Promote BillEase financing solutions to customers in partner stores.

Assist customers in creating and processing their BillEase accounts.

Clearly explain loan terms, installment options, and payment processes.

Verify customer requirements and ensure accurate documentation.

Maintain good relationships with store staff and management.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

Submit reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications

At least Senior High School graduate / College level / Graduate.

With sales experience (preferably in retail, financing, or telecommunications) is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented, confident, and persuasive.

Willing to be assigned in malls/partner store locations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
