Store Associate

About the role

Primary responsibility is to work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about the products, and provide recommendations accordingly. A store associate should also be able to do suggestive and cross-selling, staying up-to-date with the features and benefits of the products to provide an ideal consumer experience. He should also be able to maintain the store's visual merchandising to high standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Greets and engages the customers in the store to determine their needs.
2. Provides assistance and information to customers based on product technologies, features, and benefits.
3. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
4. Achieves individual sales targets monthly
5. Follows and achieves the store's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

6. Maintains in-stock and presentable visual merchandising of assigned zones / areas

7. Stays updated and knowledgeable on new and existing products and technologies so he can do cross-selling and suggestive selling

What we're looking for

1. At least 6 months - 1 year of related experience
2. Customer service skills, ability to learn the needs and desires of customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Demonstrable passion for delivering outstanding customer service
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
6. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
