Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing and Research Specialist to support our real estate team in research, database management, marketing promotions, and administrative work. You will work closely with the Finance and Admin Head to provide accurate market data, create marketing materials, and assist in consolidating property options for sale or lease. Your role will be key in ensuring our agents and clients have the right tools and information to make effective decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks (encoding, letter writing, filing, emailing, calling, etc.)
  • Consolidate data used by agents and managers for client meetings
  • Schedule and arrange site inspections for the leasing team
  • Conduct research and provide market updates for presentations
  • Maintain and update the property/building database and listings
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, presentations, and other collaterals
  • Analyze real estate market trends and present findings to the leasing team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, or related course
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design software
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal) required
