About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at Select Goods' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, drive brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising

  • Create compelling and visually engaging content, such as graphics, videos, and copywriting, to support marketing initiatives

  • Analyse and interpret marketing data to identify trends, measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with the company's overall business objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies to improve the company's marketing performance

  • Assist in the management and optimisation of the company's digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email

  • Participate in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms

  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
