McCoy Philippines, a trusted SAP Gold Partner, is expanding its team We're looking for an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to support exciting new projects across various industries. As part of our growing consulting team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure SAP Business One solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.


What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Work directly with clients to analyze processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users to help them fully leverage SAP Business One functionalities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance McCoy's implementation methodologies.

Who You Are
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP Business One solutions.
  • Strong understanding of key business processes in finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and production.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • SAP certification in Business One is a plus.
  • Experience in project management or cross-functional collaboration is advantageous.
