What You'll Do

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you'll be part of a talented team driving digital transformation through SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and executing end-to-end SAP FICO implementation activities—from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Configuring and optimizing core modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Working closely with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions.
  • Supporting the full project lifecycle—including blueprinting, system configuration, integration testing, data migration, cutover planning, and user training.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across business modules and systems.
  • Providing post-implementation support and driving continuous process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and control.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented finance professional and SAP expert who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring:

  • Proven hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation (at least 2–5 full-cycle projects).
  • Deep understanding of core finance processes and accounting standards.
  • Strong experience in Banking Integration, DMEE, Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), or Cash Management (required).
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
