The Arcade Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests in using arcade machines, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a fun and safe gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally
  • Monitor the arcade area to maintain order and assist with customer concerns
  • Report any malfunctions or technical issues to the supervisor or technician
  • Handle basic cashiering or reload transactions when assigned
  • Help organize and support arcade events and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate / College Level
  • With or without experience (experience in customer service, retail, or entertainment is an advantage)
  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and fun environment
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and a team player
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Work Setup:
  • On-site (Arcade branch or entertainment center)
  • 6-day work week, shifting schedule
