About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to support healthcare providers in ensuring efficient clinic operations and excellent patient service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing scheduling and calendar coordination, verifying patient insurance eligibility, securing treatment authorizations, and assisting with billing processes such as submitting claims, responding to denials, and resolving EOB issues. You will also handle phone calls by answering patient inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and taking pre-exam histories. Additional responsibilities include processing mail, updating the EHR system, and overseeing follow-ups to ensure smooth administrative and clinical workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Medical-Allied course.
  • Experience is not required (training provided).
  • Knowledgeable in medical terminologies
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using EHR systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountable.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a clinic's dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work on-site at McKinley, Taguig.
  • Willing to work in US hours (graveyard shift).
  • Can start immediately, if possible.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
