Workday Functional Configuration Specialist (WFH, NIGHT SHIFT) This role is both a strategic and hands‑on position where you will partner with TDI (Technology, Data, & Intelligence) on our roadmap and ensure the right systems and processes are in place to deliver an exceptional end‑user experience. You will work across departments and geographies, interacting with partners in Payroll, TDI, Finance, Security, and the People & Places team. Key Responsibilities Build and enhance Workday reporting and data audit solutions, ensuring data accuracy and an exceptional end‑user experience. Lead small projects, managing the deployment of new Workday functionality, processes, and integrations. Coordinate across multiple teams (Payroll, Finance, Security, People & Places, TDI) to ensure seamless system and process implementation. Act as a key liaison between HR and TDI teams, escalating issues and fostering best practices. Support data integrity in Workday through in–depth understanding of processes and collaboration with People Operations Shared Services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong expertise in Workday report writing, EIBs, and calculated fields. 2+ years of recent experience configuring/maintaining Workday HCM modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Talent Management, Security Administration, Business Process Administration). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work independently in a challenging environment. Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
