The Social Media Content & Production Specialist will be responsible for the full-time, ongoing conceptualization, planning, and tactical

execution support for the company's digital marketing and social media initiatives. This

role focuses heavily on driving engagement, virality, and brand reach by generating

innovative content ideas, providing practical production assistance, and supporting

data-driven optimization efforts across all key digital platforms (e.g., Facebook,

Instagram, TikTok).

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

This role is responsible for the continuous delivery of high-impact content assets and

strategic support, meeting targets similar to a consistent monthly project cycle.

1. Digital Content Conceptualization & Strategy

  • Ideation: Continuously ideate and propose high-impact social media concepts

for campaigns, interactive elements, challenges, and trending content across

platforms to align with marketing goals.

  • Ongoing Goal: Generate a consistent volume of content concepts

monthly (e.g., 28-30 prioritized ideas/themes for production guidance per

30-day cycle).

  • Messaging & Themes: Develop creative content themes and messaging

frameworks that translate marketing goals into resonant digital narratives,

focusing on driving engagement and virality.

  • Format Innovation: Develop innovative content strategies and formats (e.g..

short-form video, Reels, Stories) to expand reach and attract new target

demographics.

2. Content Production & Editing Support

  • Production Facilitation: Supervise and facilitate video shooting sessions during

office hours as required, ensuring the creative vision and concept are effectively

captured and executed.

  • Editing Assistance: Provide practical editing support for conceptualized video

content using tools such a s Cap Cut and other editing instruments.

  • Monthly Output Target: Facilitate the production and completion of 30

content videos per month (daily output is flexible, provided the monthly

total is met).

3. Performance Analysis and Optimization Support

  • Metric Analysis: Analyze existing social media performance metrics (reach,

engagement, conversion rates) to identify weaknesses and opportunities for

improvement.

  • Optimization: Conceptualize and propose data-backed optimization strategies

and A/B testing hypotheses to continuously improve digital campaign

effectiveness.

Reporting: Develop and maintain an Analytics Reporting Framework for

tracking reach, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.

4. Strategic Marketing Alignment

  • Assist in generating overall marketing strategy hypotheses and innovative

campaign ideas that align the social media efforts with broader company

objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Holder.

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience i n marketing, social media

management, content creation, or related roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Cap Cut).

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
