Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and other HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance are consistently followed.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate HR records.
- Support management with various administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven HR and administrative experience.
- Strong track record in handling a wide range of HR and administrative tasks.
- Experience in contract creation and contract management is required.
