Job Overview:

IWC Trading Inc., the exclusive distributor of Philips Mobile Accessories and Home Power products in the Philippines, is hiring a Sales Associate for our Philips Kiosk located at Metro Ayala Cebu and SM SRP Cebu. We are looking for a customer-oriented and sales-driven individual with retail experience—ideally someone who has previously worked within SM Cyberzone or similar mall-based electronics environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Philips Mobile Accessories and Home Power products to customers
  • Provide product recommendations and assist customers based on their needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Head Office
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Assist in kiosk inventory management and visual display setup
  • Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and replenishment reports
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and trends

Qualifications:

  • Willing to be assigned at SM SRP Cebu, Thinking tools, Metro Ayala Cebu
  • Required: Previous experience selling mobile accessories or consumer electronics
  • Preferred: Experience working at an SM Cyberzone location
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic technical knowledge of mobile accessories is a plus (training provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month
