About The Team & Business Line
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

The Data Processing Analyst is a member of global Data Governance team which is responsible for processing a high volume of client specific data from multiple sources into Citco Corporate Services ('C2S') database ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained. The team works closely with different teams located all over the world within C2S division.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data (alphabetic and numeric information) into corresponding fields within various software programs according to the processing times defined.
  • Verify entered data by comparing it to source documents and update existing data, correct, delete, or re-enter the data as required.
  • Manage and organize digital records and files, ensure data is available to clients, is accurate and valid.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, prepare relevant reports from the various data sets as needed.
  • Identify and escalate potential data integrity risks or concerns to the Data Integrity Manager for resolution.
  • Maintain data confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to details, able to spot incorrect data before it enters into the system.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Tech savvy and have the ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, in addition, great working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
  • Able to think analytically, multitask and have a 'getting things done' mentality.
  • Understand the importance of data confidentiality principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
