Location:
Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid – 3x onsite per week)

Shift:
Day (8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary Range:
₱130,000 – ₱140,000

About the Role

We are seeking a
SharePoint Architect Lead
to drive our digital transformation by modernizing collaboration, content management, and workflow automation. This role provides
strategic guidance, solution design, and technical leadership
to ensure a scalable, secure, and user-centric SharePoint environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement SharePoint architecture, including site structure, security, and integrations.
  • Lead the design and deployment of modern SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions.
  • Establish governance, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Mentor and guide developers, admins, and business analysts on best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in SharePoint solution design, development, and administration.
  • Proficiency in SPFx, full-stack development (React, Angular, , Python, etc.), and cloud systems (Azure/AWS).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and IT support.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI system implementation is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps.
  • Experience with DataDog monitoring tools.
  • Background in mobile app development and search optimization.
