Sales and Customer Service:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Demonstration

· Effectively showcase and demonstrate products to potential customers.

· Lead in-person product demonstrations, highlighting product features and benefits.

· Identify and understand the specific needs and pain points of customers to tailor demonstrations accordingly.

Product Knowledge

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products being demonstrated.

· Keep up to date with product updates, new releases, and industry trends to provide accurate and current information during demonstrations.

· Assist in training other team members on product features and demonstrations techniques.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
