1. Candidate Sourcing
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals and etc.)
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening and Reviewing
Review resumes and application to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with supervisors/managers.
Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
3. Coordination and Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and supervisors/managers.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Onboarding
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
Conduct face-to-face onboarding for NCR branches and online onboarding for provincial branches, with face-to-face onboarding for provincial branches conducted as needed based on demand.
Facilitate the contract signing of contracts and agreements for new hires.
Ensure new hires complete all necessary requirements, consolidate the documents, and hand them over to the HR Team.
Job Fairs and Recruitment Events
Plan, organize, and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Represent the company at various job fairs to attract potential candidates.
Engage with prospective candidates and provide information about job opportunities and company culture
6. Employer Branding
Promote the company's brand and values to attract top talent.
Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
7. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports to management.
8. Collaboration
Work closely with supervisors/managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
9. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
