1. Candidate Sourcing

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals and etc.)

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

2. Screening and Reviewing

  • Review resumes and application to shortlist candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with supervisors/managers.

  • Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

3. Coordination and Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and supervisors/managers.

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

4. Onboarding

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.

  • Conduct face-to-face onboarding for NCR branches and online onboarding for provincial branches, with face-to-face onboarding for provincial branches conducted as needed based on demand.

  • Facilitate the contract signing of contracts and agreements for new hires.

  • Ensure new hires complete all necessary requirements, consolidate the documents, and hand them over to the HR Team.

  • Job Fairs and Recruitment Events

  • Plan, organize, and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

  • Represent the company at various job fairs to attract potential candidates.

  • Engage with prospective candidates and provide information about job opportunities and company culture

6. Employer Branding

  • Promote the company's brand and values to attract top talent.

  • Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the company's online presence.

7. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

  • Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports to management.

8. Collaboration

  • Work closely with supervisors/managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

  • Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

9. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

  • Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Compliance

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
