Sales Manager

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm

Work Setup: Onsite

Benefits: Allowances, food, gas (TBD)

Salary:40k up (depends to experience, negotiable)

"RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and engage potential clients to expand the customer base and enter new markets.

  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts that are beneficial for both parties.

-Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns promptly and ensure that services meet or exceed client expectations."

"QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be graduate of Marketing Management, or Engineering or any business course.

  • Min. 5 years work experience in Sales at Construction Industry.

  • Strategy Planning & Excellent Negociation skilled are required.

-Strong leadership to lead his/her towards accomplishment of targets.

  • Must known how to use gmail,Excel and etc

  • 7 to 10 years experience in construction Industry

-5'6 height up
