About the role

Infoworx Inc.' is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Credit and Collection Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cubao, Quezon City. This full-time role is responsible for managing the credit control and collections processes, ensuring timely payment from our customers and maintaining accurate financial records.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and processing customer accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up with late or overdue payments
  2. Liaising with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and negotiate payment plans for overdue accounts
  3. Maintaining detailed records of all credit and collections activities, including correspondence and payment history
  4. Preparing and analysing credit reports and collections data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  5. Assisting with the development and implementation of credit and collections policies and procedures
  6. Collaborating with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure seamless financial processes

What we're looking for

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  3. Proficient in using accounting and collections software, as well as spreadsheet applications
  4. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control or collections, preferably in the Accounting industry
  5. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable/Credit Control processes and regulations
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
