Qualification & Experience

Minimum Bachelors / BA / BSc Degree

  1. At least Commerce / Accounting / Finance Graduate
  2. Excellent Command in Microsoft Office Excel
  3. Knowledgable in Quickbooks

Good Communication skills

  1. Good Correspondence (Emails) in English is a must
  2. Should be good in Client Interaction

Relevant experience

  1. Travel Agency will be given preference.
  2. Finance / Accounting / Recovery department experience will be given preference
  3. Will have added advantage if candidates have previous experience in client interaction

Job Description and Requirement

  • Preparing Invoices thru Quickbooks
  • Preparing Request for Payment
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers
  • Process Refunds
  • Submitting bi-monthly Sales, Disbursement and Expenses Reports and relevand documents
  • Can Handle all the above with minimum Supervision
  • Identifying collection, Updating Account receivable in system properly
  • Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines;
  • Follow-up with clients for their outstanding balances via phone call and also
  • Keep tracking status of accounts, credit limits, balances, identify inconsistencies activity & collection and reporting to the management.
  • Reconciling Accounts Statement's Balance and Customer ledger for any relative problems asked by clients.
  • Monitor use of funds in airline system used by Travel Specialists
  • ANY OTHER TASK ASSIGN BY THE MANAGEMENT
